I enjoy working in a supportive working environment where people issues come first - that’s why I find working at Blick Rothenberg so rewarding.

I joined Blick Rothenberg in July 2017 and have specialised in global mobility tax matters for over 20 years.

During this time, I have advised international organisations of all sizes and across a range of sectors including social and humanitarian enterprises, pharmaceuticals, professional services, financial services and construction.

I help organisations to deal with both the strategic and operational aspects of global mobility.

My strategic expertise includes helping HR to develop and implement fit for purpose policies and processes, and helping organisations align these with their commercial objectives.

From an operational perspective, I provide advice on the employer and employee tax and social security implications of cross border moves, including the impact of mobility on the taxation of pensions and share incentives.

I am the published author on international social security in the Tiley & Collison UK Tax Guide and have contributed to a range of other publications. You can also find me speaking on a range of topics associated with global mobility tax, both in London and abroad.

In a previous life I was researcher to the 2001 shadow cabinet and was responsible for briefing shadow ministers, including Theresa May.

Career highlights for me include developing and implementing innovative solutions to manage employment and mobility in the social and humanitarian sector.

I enjoy working in a supportive working environment where people issues come first – which is why I find working at Blick Rothenberg so rewarding. That, and being able to develop innovative solutions to deal with complex client problems.
