In our latest episode, Audit, Accounting & Outsourcing Partner Daniel Burke talks with Dino Sura, Managing Director of global restaurant business Burger & Lobster.

The concept for Burger & Lobster all began in 2011 with four school friends on a rooftop in London. They cooked up the idea to set up a restaurant where the focus was on perfecting the craft of just two main ingredients.

Since then, Burger & Lobster have been bringing wild lobsters and prime cut burgers to people around the world who share their appetite for creativity. Simplicity is at the core of the Burger & Lobster concept, with respect for quality food and service. The focus on making two products the absolute best they can be without any other distractions remains today.

Dino tells the Burger & Lobster story: how it all began and the challenges they’ve faced over the last 13 years. He also talks about what he believes is the foundation of Burger & Lobster’s success, how they choose their restaurant locations and how the company approaches the important issue of sustainability. Dino also shares his advice for business owners looking to scale and what the future holds for the international restaurant chain.
