I’m delighted that three of our female leaders have been recognised in our industry for both their inspiring achievements and helping to improve diversity within the sector. Nilesh Shah, CEO

“I think the nomination for the firm as a whole tells me that we are on the right path. We have made good progress through the initiatives developed by our Diversity and Inclusion Group and Women’s Network. However, we still have some work to do to make sure that this is a place where all of our colleagues have an equal chance of becoming successful within the business.”

All shortlisted nominations can be found on the Women in Accountancy & Finance Awards website, here. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony taking place at the Hilton Bankside, London, on Wednesday, 6 May 2020.
