I lead Blick Rothenberg’s International Pensions and Benefits advisory service.
I have over 17 years of extensive experience guiding multinational employers through their international people matters, including expat tax, social security, and employee retirement and benefit plans.
I collaborate closely with clients, helping them manage their suite of employee benefits, particularly early on in their international expansion journey. This comes with careful consideration of the interaction with social security benefits, as well as meeting local minimum requirements and best practice.
Having honed my expertise within both a Big-4 Global Mobility consulting team and a major benefits consultancy firm, I have broadened my advisory capabilities and cultivated relationships with clients of all sizes and from across all sectors. I am passionate about offering clients value through services that address all relevant angles and are proportionate to each client’s different objectives.
I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the ICAEW and sit on the UK Branch Committee of the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA).
Outside of work, I love all things fitness, and travelling to destinations that put my language skills to the test: I speak French, German, Italian and Japanese, plus enough to get my point across in a few other languages.
