I joined Blick Rothenberg in August 2024, where I am primarily responsible for leading our Global Mobility offering in the Midlands.

I have over 25 years’ experience advising companies with the challenges associated with employee cross-border moves and have worked with organisations of all sizes across many different business sectors, having spent time working in the Big 4 firms in Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester and London.

I specialise in all aspects of global mobility including tax residency and domicile issues, the application of double taxation treaties and cross-border social security compliance. I have deep knowledge of the risks associated with international employee moves and I really enjoy helping organisations with the policies and processes required to plan and effectively implement international assignments, overseas business trips and international remote working arrangements.

Outside of work, I am a keen cyclist and enjoy watching my two daughters compete for their athletics club.
