I joined Blick Rothenberg in August 2024 where I lead the U.S. Global Mobility Tax team and drive growth across the U.S. market, with a particular focus on the East Coast.

With over twenty years’ experience in global mobility taxation, I advise multinational organisations of all sizes and internationally mobile individuals. Having lived and worked in both the UK and the U.S., I’ve sat on Global Mobility leadership and strategy teams and led service lines in global professional partnerships and specialist mobility consultancies.

I specialise in solving complex mobility tax risk, compliance, and operational challenges across tax, payroll, and social security. I’ve delivered large-scale programmes to design and embed global mobility policy, process, and technology, including assignment management platform rollouts to business traveller and remote worker solutions using workforce location technology.

Outside of work and family life, my main passions are coaching rugby and archaeology.
