Blick Rothenberg is proud to announce the promotion of four new Partners, as part of a wider celebration of 65 promotions across the firm.
The appointments reinforce the firm’s commitment to investing in talent and recognising excellence at every level.

These four Partner promotions, alongside 65 others across the firm – and 23 earlier this year – mean that 88 of our colleagues have progressed in their careers at Blick Rothenberg in 2024 alone. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of, and it reflects the continued focus we place on professional development and opportunity.
Louisa Constanti – Partner, Practice Management
Louisa joined Blick Rothenberg in 2022 from BDO and has been appointed Partner in her role as People Director.
I am delighted to be appointed Partner and to lead our people strategy as we focus on culture, talent and growth across the firm.
Simon Lewis – Partner, Financial Services
Simon joined in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Rees Pollock and specialises in audit for financial services, with a focus on asset managers including private equity and venture capital firms.
It’s an exciting time in the sector. While there are challenges, such as changes to carried interest, the government’s focus on encouraging investment in UK start-ups is a positive step.
Mark Edser – Partner, Practice Management
Having joined in 2023 from Dominus, Mark has been promoted to Partner in his role as Finance Director.
My focus is to ensure our financial strategy supports the firm’s long-term ambitions. In a fast-evolving landscape, financial resilience and investment in innovation are critical.
Tom Dickinson – Partner, Audit, Accounting & Outsourcing
Tom became part of Blick Rothenberg in 2017 through the acquisition of Shelley Stock Hutter, where he trained and qualified
I support mid-market international clients across sectors including technology, fashion, retail and manufacturing. I’m particularly focused on guiding clients through the upcoming changes in UK GAAP under the 2024 Periodic Review.
