AI Usage Guidance for Applicants
At Blick Rothenberg, one of our core values is authenticity. We believe it’s important that every applicant presents themselves genuinely throughout the application process.
We understand that tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms can be useful for research – for example, learning more about our company and what we do. However:
- All written answers in your application must be your own work, in your own words
- During phone or video interviews, your responses must be unscripted and natural
- If we believe AI has been used to generate or script your answers, we may choose not to progress your application
We’re not looking for perfect answers — we’re looking for real people who show curiosity, effort, and honesty. Let us get to know the real you.
