A chartered accountant and statutory auditor, I have been a partner of GMBA since 2007. I joined the firm in 2000, having gained experience as a senior consultant with SADEC Akelys, Legrand Fiduciaire and KPMG, after graduating from business school (ESG Paris).
I’m involved in audit and management assignments as well as legal and contractual audits (statutory audit, due diligence, valuation, etc.) for companies in the industrial, telecoms and services sectors in particular. I also work with the non-profit sector, in particular works councils.
I am also Head of our ‘International’ service line and work with many French subsidiaries of foreign companies, often listed, which I support in English and German in auditing (auditing accounts in an international context using SAP, etc.) and chartered accountancy (financial reporting under French standards and translation into international standards, etc.).
I also take part in the exchange of best practice at European and international conferences organised by our Allinial Global, International Association.
Constance Guérin

I have a Master Degree in Tax Law from the University of Lyon III (2018). I joined GMBAvocats in 2022.
After living abroad, I always wanted to stay in touch with the ever-changing world of international business. Before joining GMBAvocats, I had a number of experiences in accountancy firms specialising in assisting foreign companies and individuals wishing to establish themselves in France. These experiences have enabled me to develop my skills in international taxation and in corporate and commercial law.
On the one hand, I have acquired extensive skills, particularly in the application of international tax treaties and tax rules relating to direct taxation (income tax, property wealth tax, local taxes, corporation tax, etc.).
I have also assisted foreign companies setting up in France, setting up companies and branches, and organising the legal and tax aspects of groups of companies (drafting intra-group agreements, shareholders’ agreements, tax consolidation agreements, etc.).
This double expertise enables me to have a global view of the legal and tax issues encountered by our clients in the transactions we undertake and to provide them with the best possible support.
