We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Company Secretarial Assistant to join our growing secretariat team and support us in providing corporate administration services to a significant portfolio of clients.
This is an ideal role for an enthusiastic, highly organised and methodical graduate candidate looking to build a long-term career in corporate administration and governance. It offers an opportunity to develop an in-depth technical foundation knowledge of the corporate administration and governance procedures under the supervision of our chartered secretaries. Following success in the role, there is an opportunity to choose, and be supported, to study towards a professional qualification through the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
After the initial in-house training, the responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: –
- adding new clients to our system (Diligent Entities);
- preparing and sending confirmation statement reports to clients;
- filing confirmation statements with Companies House and updating the compliance diary;
- data input for new company incorporations;
- producing Companies House forms reporting changes such as appointments and resignations of officers, changes to individuals’ personal details, changes to registered office addresses and registered email addresses;
- producing and filing dormant company accounts;
- maintenance of the registered office list;
- arranging certification, notarisation of and apostille for company documents; and
- assisting with ad-hoc projects and other departmental tasks as may be required from time to time.
To get the job that you’ll love you will:
- Have achieved a minimum 2:2 in your undergraduate degree.
This role is expected to start in September/October 2025.
