I’m a Partner in the Corporate Tax Practice at Blick Rothenberg in London, with over 28 years of experience in International Tax and Transaction Tax, gained primarily at the Big Four.

I work with a wide range of clients, including family offices, corporate and private equity firms, as well as numerous SOEs and POEs in the PRC, advising on all tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and refinancings.

In addition to my work on transactions and restructurings, I also support clients with their day-to-day tax and compliance matters.

With a multi-jurisdictional tax background, I lead tax due diligence and structuring projects across various sectors including real estate, TMT, retail, life sciences, energy, and logistics.
