Prior to joining Blick Rothenberg, I spent 29 years at RSM, 17 as a partner, advising multi-national businesses on international accounting, global compliances, and cross-border growth.

I was attracted by Blick Rothenberg’s global brand, partner-led service, supported by a multilingual team speaking over 20 languages with international experience. Phil joined Blick Rothenberg in September 2026. He has over 25 years’ experience of servicing international clients from new start up into the UK and other jurisdictions, to large multi-territory listed entities. Phil specialises in all aspects of outsourced finance functions, including significant exposure to different GAAPs across the world, and the associate in-house compliances that businesses face when the work in multiple countries.
