I joined Blick Rothenberg in September 2026 as a Partner in the International Outsourcing team. In this role, I help businesses execute their international expansion strategies by providing international payroll, management accounting, and VAT services.

I began my career more than 29 years ago at RSM as a graduate trainee, where I was awarded local prizes in two professional examination papers. Over the following decade, I gained extensive experience across a broad range of services, including external audit, internal audit, corporate and personal taxation, and consulting.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with international businesses of all sizes, from start-ups operating in the UK and overseas to multinational listed groups. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the pressures, challenges, and expectations that come with operating across multiple jurisdictions.

This breadth of experience enables me not only to build trusted, long-term relationships but also to provide practical, commercially focused advice and solutions that help clients achieve their objectives.

I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the client experience. At the same time, my experience allows me to identify potential risks early and ensure that appropriate mitigation strategies are put in place, balancing innovation with sound governance.
