Introducing The Blick Rothenberg Rainbow Network
The Rainbow Network
After a successful Pride Month, we wanted to formally introduce the Rainbow Network – Blick Rothenberg’s employee resource group for LGBTQ individuals and those who don’t identify as such but are interested in supporting or learning more.
We will be working year-round to provide a safe space for our colleagues, create networking opportunities, raising awareness of key issues, and feeding back into the firms wider D&I initiatives.
