Heather Self named in Financial Power List 2019

Heather named in the Accountancy Age list of top 50 individuals who will make the biggest difference in the accountancy industry in the next 12 months

The list, produced by the Accountancy Age editorial team, considers individuals that range from government, practice and business who they believe will have the largest impact on the accountancy industry based on the changes that they are predicted to be the driving force behind in government policy, tax changes, regulation, firm growth or industry diversity.

Heather not only has over 30 years of experience within the accountancy industry, specifically in tax, but also actively participates in a varied array of extra, industry-relevant groups, most notably setting up the respected Women in Tax network and regularly speaks and writes on all matters of tax.

Heather has had a diverse career, working in industry as Head of Tax in a FTSE 100 company, as an anti-avoidance advisor at HMRC, as a partner at a Big Four firm, and we are delighted to see her recognised on the list.
