I am proud of everyone involved who made this award win possible – we are working hard to encapsulate what makes Blick Rothenberg different and this accolade is a fantastic recognition for us on that journey.
Diversity, Equality and Inclusion are at the heart of what we do – we believe that success is a people business, and we are living our purpose to improve the lives of our colleagues, clients and communities. This is encapsulated by our drive to ‘celebrate individuality’ with an emphasis on promoting diversity and inclusion.
Ozgur Demirdoven, Executive Vice President of Global Commerce at Allinial Global said:
To win an award together with Blick Rothenberg, both for the association of the year and for the DEI initiative, was truly tremendous. It is not an easy task to create an organisation that is inclusive, creative, enjoyable and at the same time adds value to the customers and the world through serious quality work. In addition, it requires serious skills to keep this structure at a high level every year.
We are proud to be able to do this on behalf of our association and our members who give this association its true meaning. Blick Rothenberg is at the forefront of these members, I can say that it is the most important building block of our mortar. In its veins, truly international inclusive blood flows.
Annabel Zhu, Regional Director, EMEI at Allinial Global said:
As International Accounting Bulletin is the only international ranking institution referred to by most mid-tier networks and associations worldwide, this prestigious award is important. Allinial Global’s remarkable growth rate, rapid responsiveness, dedication to nurturing the next generation of accountants and leadership, as well as our and our members’ focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, have been key factors in achieving this recognition, reinforcing us as a global association and our members’ reputation and competitive edge globally.
