I enjoy advising clients on the design and implementation of commercially effective and tax efficient management incentive plans

I am a Director in the reward and incentives practice at Blick Rothenberg in London with over 10 years’ experience, specializing in equity-based Management Incentive Plans (“MIPs”) for senior executives and the wider employee base.

I work with a wide range of private businesses at various stages of their business lifecycle, helping them to design and implement commercially effective and tax efficient MIPs; from UK tax advantaged plans such as EMI through to traditional growth share plans and share option plans.

I also assist clients through a range of transaction activities such as primary and secondary transactions, sales to trade and equity resets.

In addition, I assist clients with meeting their compliance obligations in regard to equity plans with a particular focus on ensuring shares are issued at market value to prevent unexpected tax consequences down the road.
