I joined Blick Rothenberg in May 2021, with over 20 years of experience in professional practice. Before this, I was a Partner at an independent West End firm of accountants for more than a decade, having originally trained in audit and qualified at a Big-4 firm.
I have extensive experience across a number of industry sectors including international groups, technology, hospitality, real estate, charities, barristers’ chambers, start-ups and a wide variety of owner-managed businesses.
I grew up working in a family-run wholesale business, experiencing first hand issues in connection with profit margins, working capital requirements, supply-chain management, expansion and contraction, property and staffing matters. This exposure gave me a passion for understanding the nuances of how each business works and how, as a trusted advisor, I can help my clients in dealing with the complexities of their business affairs.
As well as providing audit, accounting, tax and general corporate services, I have a particular interest in the technical aspects of audit and accounting, giving clear and expert advice to clients in a manner which they understand, as well as providing internal support to my colleagues and assisting with the development of trainees. I take pride in delivering a high quality service in accordance with approved professional standards.
Both in my professional and personal life, I have a particular interest in the not-for-profit sector. I am proud to be a Trustee of Britain’s leading Anglo-Jewish Sports, Health and Wellbeing Charity, and have acted for a wide variety of charitable organisations including grant-making trusts, educational programmes and water, low carbon and sustainability projects.
