New partner hires

We are pleased to announce that Sean Randall, the highly regarded stamp duty specialist, has joined the firm.

Sean will advise corporate and professional clients, and individuals, on stamp duty in areas including real estate, M&A and other corporate transactions. He has almost 20 years specialist experience, the last five of which involved rebuilding and running a stamp duty team at a Big Four firm.

Joining Sean as a partner in our property team will be Heather Powell, partner at Kingston Smith, at a date to be confirmed. James Pillbeam has also joined the firm as a tax partner, specialising in advising owner-managed businesses on their business and personal affairs. James was previously a partner at RSM advising a similar client base.

Two new audit partners Daniel Burke and David Hough have also strengthened the Blick Rothenberg team in recent weeks.
