How to register for the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme

Applications to register hospitality businesses for the Government’s Eat Out to Help Out Scheme opened on 13 July 2020. Businesses can register if they:

  • sell food for immediate consumption on the premises
  • provide their own dining area or share a dining area with another establishment for eat-in meals
  • were registered as a food business with the relevant local authority on or before 7 July

In order to register, businesses will need their Government Gateway ID and password which can be created when they register. Details of how to register can be found here:
