Scottish-German Business Exchange Conference

Business leaders will get together at the first ever Scottish-German Business Exchange Conference in Edinburgh on Thursday 28 March, in order to set up clear trade guidelines between Scotland and Germany after Brexit.

The conference is the brainchild of Alex Altmann, partner and head of Blick Rothenberg’s German desk. Alex is also co-chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany.

Alex said, “Scotland voted to remain in the EU but like the rest of the UK is uncertain about what will happen next. What is certain is that Scottish and German business want to mitigate the risk and continue to trade which is why we have set up the conference.”
