I’m an experienced HR leader with a background in professional services. Prior to joining Blick Rothenberg in January 2022, I spent eight years at a large accountancy practice leading Business Partner teams, working closely with board members on their leadership and developing the firm’s people strategy. Before that, I spent seven years at an international law firm, in a variety of HR roles including leading the recruitment function, managing the trainee programme and as a HR Business Partner leading integration activities post-merger.
As every professional services firm frequently says, our people are all we have. The shortage of high quality of talent in our sector has driven a huge amount of change in the last 10 years, in terms of how you recruit, manage, engage and develop your people. People expect more of their employers than ever before which means HR teams need to continue to innovate, developing their firm’s offering and the capability of leaders and managers to deliver on that new psychological contract. It is an exciting time to do what I do, and I work in an amazing team of HR professionals who are passionate about our firm and the people who work here.
