My clients have relied on me for many years as a solid sounding board for important commercial decisions they are considering.

I am a Chartered Accountant and joined Blick Rothenberg from Shelley Stock Hutter in December 2017.

I have over 35 years’ experience in professional practice having qualified with global accountancy firm PwC in 1982.

I help corporate clients with their audit and taxation needs, with particular focus advising medium and large enterprises operating within the property and professional services sectors.

My clients have relied on me for many years as a solid sounding board for important commercial decisions they are considering whether it be a sale, an acquisition, refinancing or scaling up or down their business, providing expert financial due diligence when needed.

Most importantly I was heavily involved in the sale of one of my clients to a Venture Capitalist where the total consideration amounted to £300m.

I was a very regular contributor as the tax expert on LBC radio for many years, answering questions on a range of tax issues and can still be found providing regular commentary on corporate tax issues in the accountancy trade press.

I serve as a Trustee for a number of trusts including charitable trusts.
