For me, advising clients is much more than providing a service. We work collaboratively and that means our successes are always shared ones.

I joined Blick Rothenberg in January 2019 and specialise in building relationships with corporate clients to manage their audit, accountancy and taxation affairs.

I spent the first eleven years of my career working with owner managed, private equity backed and listed businesses at a mid-tier practice in London, with a short period in New York in 2017.

I am experienced in dealing with complex financial statements, reporting under UK and International Accounting Standards, handling group reconstructions, navigating complex debt arrangements and transitions between standards.

For me, advising clients is much more than providing a service. At Blick Rothenberg we have a culture of spending time with our clients and don’t simply focus on delivery of compliance work. We work collaboratively and that means our successes are always shared ones.

The way in which we work and the impact this can have on clients and our people is important to me and forms a major part of what I do – I’ve even presented at a national conference on team management and people development with this in mind.

When working in New York in 2017, I developed bilateral working patterns whilst providing consulting services on any weaknesses in the internal systems and processes. I worked on GAAP transitions incorporating changes to Revenue accounting providing a main point of contact to the management team during a period of change.

My roles have taken me to some interesting places including a logistics compound in South Nigeria, a Tungsten mine surrounded by lions and elephants in Zimbabwe and the rainforest in Malaysia.

I love to travel, and whilst it’s great to have the opportunity to go with work, I also take every chance I get to see somewhere new.
