The interaction between US and UK tax can be incredibly complicated and stressful, so it’s always my aim to help my clients achieve their goals as efficiently and painlessly as possible.

I’m a chartered tax advisor and have been practicing US and UK tax since 2003. Before that I had a short spell with HM Revenue and Customs.

I specialise in advising high net worth private individuals and entrepreneurs, with particular expertise in advising on US tax issues for US citizens living in the UK, as well as other international tax issues as they relate to American citizens. I’m enrolled to practise in front of the Internal Revenue Service.

I also specialise in matrimonial tax issues and am experienced in acting as a single joint expert in divorce proceedings. I have presented on international tax issues as they relate to divorce proceedings and am a member of Resolution.

I’m passionate about tax (yes, really!) and about helping my clients to achieve the outcomes they desire when faced with sometimes challenging circumstances. I’m also keen to provide those entering into this area of work with the opportunity to progress their own careers in this field, through my support of the Blick Rothenberg graduate scheme.
