Adam has over 10 years’ experience working in a variety of legal and operations leadership roles in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He has acted as General Counsel to companies that vary from series A- to series C-funded as well as charities and not-for-profit organisations.
He helps companies to achieve their own growth and international expansion ambitions, addressing issues including strategic vision, timing, regulatory analysis, as well as understanding the global and business culture and compliance requirements.
Adam also works closely with strategic partners such as the World Trade Centre – Utah, GPS Capital Markets, and Silicon Slopes.
