Simon Gleeson


In 2017, Simon Gleeson joined Blick Rothenberg as a partner, responsible for client engagement and driving sales across the entire portfolio of accounting, tax and advisory solutions. Key focus items include driving new business growth, global expansion and our go-to market strategy for Global Business Services.


Simon’s experience includes working with companies who are expanding internationally, entering new markets, mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic initiatives such as setting up shared service centres or integrating business functions. He has a strong passion for working in complex environments across different cultures and regions and sharing insights, operational and commercial best practices.

Prior to joining Blick Rothenberg Simon worked at ADP, a global leader in cloud-based HCM solutions, in a variety of different domestic and global sales roles. During his time with ADP, Simon worked with senior leadership to establish and launch sales teams located in the US, Americas, EMEA and APAC. He worked with. ADP Streamline became one of ADP’s fastest growing sizeable businesses, serving over 1,500 clients in more than 100 countries, and included partnerships with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Private Equity firms, Big 4 accounting firms, as well as leading advisory practices.
