Mark Hart


Mark's clients cover a number of sectors from high-tech software companies through to distributors and construction business. In addition, Mark acts for a number of small charities and not-for-profit organisations, and takes the lead on acting for the firm's not-for-profit clients.

Mark joined Blick Rothenberg in September 2005 from a mid-tier firm and was made a partner within the business group in June 2007. He specialises in the provision of audit, business advisory and taxation services for businesses.

Throughout his career Mark has gained a wide range of experience advising a broad client base spanning from owner managed businesses to clients listed on the junior and main London markets. As well as being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Mark is also a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Mark's current clients include small start-up operations and owner managed businesses as well as established international groups. Mark has a particular interest in the charity and not-for-profit sectors, and leads the firm’s provision of audit and business advisory services to those clients. To this end, Mark is able to draw upon his experience as the treasurer of a major national charity.

Mark lives in Hertfordshire with his family. In his spare time he enjoys running through the lanes near his home as well as spending time with family and friends.
