A chartered accountant, Lynton has more than 35 years’ experience in professional practice and qualified with global accountancy firm PWC.
Lynton is a specialist in corporate audit and taxation, particularly for medium and large enterprises within the property sector and professional services arena. He is also an expert in financial due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.
For more than 20 years Lynton was the advisor for Addison Lee, the London minicab company, supporting its growth from a £6m turnover business in the early 1990s to more than £200m at the time of its £300m sale to private equity firm Carlyle Group in 2013.
Throughout his career Lynton has been a regular commentator and writer for the accountancy trade press. For many years he also provided business and tax advice for LBC Radio.
In his spare time, Lynton enjoys playing Competitive Bridge and can also be found serving a few aces on the tennis court.
