Caroline Le Jeune


Caroline specialises in the taxation of High Net Worth Individuals. She has around 20 years' experience in personal, inheritance and trust tax with a particular focus on non-UK domiciled private clients.

Caroline Le Jeune joined the firm in 2014 having previously been a private client tax partner specialising in international private clients and trusts, as well as succession planning at BDO LLP. Prior to her move to BDO LLP, Caroline qualified as a solicitor with a regional firm of solicitors (now non-practising), and then as a Chartered Tax Advisor whilst at PwC, where she worked for around 10 years.

Caroline deals with UK and international families with complex tax problems including residency and domicile issues, use of trusts (both onshore and offshore), divorce complications, succession planning and wealth preservation. She particularly enjoys dealing with the interaction between corporate entities, foundations, individuals and trusts. Caroline works closely with our tax investigations team to resolve enquiries and disclosures relating to individuals.

Caroline is married and lives near Woking with her husband and two daughters. Caroline relaxes on her allotment at weekends and spends time with her family.
