International Marketing Executive

This is a wide-ranging marketing executive role, which provides a fantastic opportunity to get broad based marketing experience within a busy marketing team, supporting a business that is unique in the professional services arena.

Title: International marketing executive

Reports to: Head of marketing

All levels of the business


The individual will provide effective marketing support to the practice, driving delivery of internal and external marketing communications and business development initiatives for the firm’s target markets. They will specifically support the firm’s international outsourcing business and other in-bound international business teams, covering markets including the US, Germany, Spain, France and China. A full range of traditional and innovative marketing channels are used, including digital marketing, content marketing, PR, internal communications and events.


Marketing collateral
  • Producing and distributing marketing communications including newsletters, flyers and HTML emails
  • Supporting the creation of video, webinars and other materials
  • Using InDesign to design and typeset documents
  • Proofreading/testing online content

Marketing campaigns
  • Delivering agreed marketing campaigns, including content creation and monitoring results

Research and data
  • Completing research on target lists for business development including creating audience lists for campaigns or overseas trips

Social media
  • Responsible for creating and posting social media content for the firm’s Twitter and LinkedIn pages, including designing graphics in InDesign

Internal communications
  • Supporting the marketing team with internal communications requirements (such as writing content for internal newsletters or drafting firm-wide messaging)

PowerPoint presentation/template materials
  • Creating appropriate materials to support the business development teams
Events and webinars
  • Helping to organise and run events as required; supporting other members of the team on their events as necessary

Public relations
  • Working with our PR consultant to ensure any appropriate stories or content are distributed to relevant media

Website content
  • Ensuring that web content remains up to date, proofreading and testing the site
  • Adding new collateral to the website

  • Professional services experience preferred

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organisation and planning
  • Experience of desktop publishing useful
  • Existing knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation useful
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferable
