Blick Rothenberg partner, Simon Sutcliffe, will join a webinar panel discussion as part of the Bloomberg Tax webinar series, aimed to help businesses keep up-to-date with the latest developments in international tax.
The webinar will examine how Brexit is changing the way that tax functions in multinationals and how they are structuring their priorities. The panel will review impacts to:
- Building corporate customs infrastructure (operational/IT, warehouse capacity, clearance procedures)
- Emerging cash flow concerns and implications for VAT payable at the border
- Attaining Authorized Economic Operator ("AEO") status
- Auditing supply chains
- Auditing employee nationalities
Simon added, "I am looking forward to being part of this highly experienced panel. This serves as a good opportunity to help companies explore meaningful preparations that may be beneficial ahead of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU. I will also be expanding on many of these topics, especially AEO, in future nationwide seminars I will be hosting."
The webinar is free to join and will take place on Tuesday 6 March between 3.00-4.00pm GMT (10.00-11.00am ET). To register to listen to the webinar, please visit here
