Regulatory reporting
Compliance is an increasingly important issue for the financial
services industry, with irregularities incurring hefty fines.
We undertake regulatory work for the
Financial Services industry, reporting to the FSA (Financial Services
Authority), SFA (Securities and Futures Association), IMRO (Investment Managers
Regulatory Organisation) preparing quarterly, monthly and annual reports as
required.
We are also familiar with the systems of
external and self-regulation for Solicitors and Chartered Surveyors and can
provide the relevant reports for professional bodies.
