Simon Wagman

Simon Wagman is Head of the firms audit and general business group and advises on general business and commercial matters, with an emphasis on new business start-ups, UK inward investment and entrepreneurial businesses. He also heads up the Firms professional practice division.

His regular client work includes strategic, corporate tax and VAT advice, raising finance, corporate structuring, as well as audits of small and larger private companies. Recently, he assisted in the sale of a client's business, including the initial negotiations, the tax structuring of the transaction and the final disposal process. Additionally, he regularly advises professional practices and their partners with general, financial and tax issues.

Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is treasurer of the British-Israel Chamber of Commerce.

He was born in 1967 and joined Blick Rothenberg in 1996. He became a partner in 1997. He lives in North London and is married to Louise and has two sons. Simon sits on a number of charity committees. He occasionally plays golf and regularly supports Arsenal.
