Joyce
 Leo Joyce advises executors, trustees (including
trustees of charities), on tax and family wealth planning.
He is also responsible for the
administration of trusts, estates and charities, and advises overseas trustees
on UK tax implications. He advises both beneficiaries and settlors on the tax
implications of settlements.
He is actively involved in estate planning
for the clients of a national mental handicap charity. Leo is also a member of
the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners.
Born in 1952, he joined the firm in 1981,
and became responsible for the department in 1999. He and his wife Mary live in
Surrey, and they have two grown-up children, Clodagh and Andrew.
He is a keen fan of all sports and has
supported Crystal Palace football club for many years. He also enjoys reading,
music and travel. |
