Many of our partners take an active role as trustees and directors of a wide range of charities and other businesses. This experience enables them to take a broader view when offering expert professional advice to these organisations.
Charitable trusts
It is increasingly common for our clients to set up their own charitable trusts. We are well versed in the requirements of the Charity Commission and the Trustee Act and are able to guide trustees on reporting, administration and accounting matters to ensure that the charities’ objectives are obtained with the maximum funds.
