Leo Joyce leads the trust department, which includes manager Mai Brown. Collectively, the department has over 50 years' experience advising clients.
The department advises trustees and executors on tax and accounting issues and is actively involved with UK charities on compliance issues. The department specialises in the preparation of accounts and management reports for trustees and executors and ensures adequate reporting to beneficiaries.
The department’s senior staff are all members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
