He also heads up the firm's professional practice division, with particular specialism in lawyers, architects and property agents and their specific requirements.
Regular client work includes strategic tax advice, raising finance, corporate structuring and general commercial advice as well as accounting and audits of small and larger private and International companies. He has assisted in the acquisition and sale of clients’ business, including initial negotiations, due diligence, tax structuring of the transaction and working with other professionals. Additionally, he regularly advises professional practices and their partners with general, financial, strategic and tax issues. Simon acts for many overseas companies, who have invested in the UK, mainly those from Spain and Israel.
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and acts as a trustee for a number of charities.
He was born in 1967 and joined Blick Rothenberg in 1996. He became a partner in 1997. He lives in North London, has two sons and all are huge Arsenal fans!
