Nilesh Shah is the firm's head of tax with his specialisation being in the area of corporate tax and VAT, both with an international bias.
Nilesh represents Blick Rothenberg on his regular trips to the USA, Canada and India, and has spoken at professional conferences on a wide range of topics. He has helped many overseas companies successfully establish operations in the UK, advising on the correct tax structure as well as commercial considerations. He also has extensive transfer pricing experience, being involved in overseeing the preparation of reports as well as leading negotiations with the tax authorities on behalf of clients.
Nilesh is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is also an Associate of the Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Indirect Taxation. He has chaired both the European and International Tax Committees of the firm's international association, BKR, appeared on radio (LBC), television (Sky News) and on the web (
