Paul Finnegan has been made a partner within Blick Rothenberg. Paul joined the firm as practice director in 2005 and is responsible for all support and practice management functions within the firm. Prior to joining Blick Rothenberg, Paul worked for a 'Big 4' accountancy firm as head of UK business development and assistant to the chief operating officer.
