Tube cuts will damage economy, say City chiefs
Bob Rothenberg has joined leading business figures in signing an open letter to the UK's Transport secretary. The letter states the importance of protecting ongoing investment into London's tube network. These leading business heads, from a variety of industries (including finance, law and tourism) predict that £66 billion of economic benefit would be at risk if the UK Government do not limit the recommended cuts to London's tube service.
